The compressor is the beating heart of diving schools and diving centers, and just like a heart it must be looked after and cared for.
The installation, use, maintenance and checks of a compressor cannot be left to chance, but follow specific protocols, standards and procedures.
If until a few years ago in diving centers it was enough to press a button to turn on a compressor, today the sense of responsibility and professionalism of the centers have made giant strides in terms of safety and prevention.
The course
The author and creator of the first courses dedicated to those responsible for recharging with breathing air compressors in Italy is the engineer Antonio Persico. Furthermore, he is also the author of this ISDA course. For many decades, in Italy, Antonio Persico has continued to offer courses and teach everyone safety in diving activities and in diving schools.
